The University of Oregon football team is known as the Ducks. The Oregon Ducks compete in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision and the Pac-10 Conference. The University of Oregon began competing in football in 1894 and have an all time record of 552–467–47. The Ducks play their home football games at 54,000 seat Autzen Stadium in Eugene. The Ducks main rival, the OSU Beavers, play each other in the Civil War at the end of the football season. Chip Kelly is the Oregon Ducks head football coach. The 2009 Oregon Ducks finished the season 10-2 and won their eighth Pac-10 football title. The 2009 Ducks capped a terrific season with a win over arch rival OSU and will play Ohio State in the 2010 Rose Bowl.
